Policy. Perception. Presence.

At Two Lights Strategies, we partner with clients to engage policymakers, communicate their message, and move priorities forward in Washington.

We’re an advisory firm at the intersection of policy, public affairs, and leadership visibility. The firm is named for the twin lighthouses of Cape Elizabeth, Maine — beacons of direction and clarity. We bring that same focus to helping leaders build trust, expand influence, and drive progress where it matters most.

Our experience across the public and private sectors gives us the perspective to see what’s ahead and the judgment to navigate it. We help clients anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and deliver meaningful results.

About Krysta

Krysta Juris is a strategic advisor with nearly two decades of experience on Capitol Hill and in the private sector. She brings a deep understanding of how policy and leadership converge and how to navigate them with precision and purpose.

Most recently, Krysta served as Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate, leading legislative, political, communications, and operational strategy during a period of rapid growth and heightened public attention. She managed high-performing teams, built bipartisan coalitions, and shaped policy development and strategic positioning on complex national issues.

She previously held roles on the legal team at Stripe and the U.S. public policy team at Meta, after starting her private-sector career at a government relations firm. Across these roles, she advised on strategy, organizational planning, and executive decision-making, helping teams manage regulatory challenges, navigate external dynamics, and align business goals with evolving policy priorities.

Krysta began her time in Washington working for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, serving as a senior aide for nearly a decade. That foundation in congressional leadership grounded her in the inner workings of Capitol Hill and shaped her approach to policy, politics, and strategy in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Over the course of her career, she has built trusted relationships on both sides of the aisle and across sectors. She understands how Washington operates—how influence is built, how decisions are made, and how political and strategic forces shape outcomes at the highest levels.

Originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine, she now lives in Maryland with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
